Rules & Regulations
Please read carefully before submitting your entry
1. Eligibility
- Contest open to all individuals aged 5 to 25 years.
- Participants must register in the appropriate age category.
- Minors must get consent from a parent/guardian.
2. Age Categories
- Category A — 5–10 years
- Category B — 11–15 years
- Category C — 16–20 years
- Category D — 21–25 years
3. Theme Guidelines
"আমার চোখে সুন্দর সমাজ"
Drawings may reflect ideas on education, health, environment, women & children, humanity, elderly care, rural development and other social values.
4. Artwork Rules
- Original hand-drawn artwork only.
- Any medium can be used (pencil, colour, watercolour, poster colour, crayon, etc.).
- Digital artwork is not allowed.
- Use of AI tools or tracing/copying from any source is strictly prohibited.
- One participant can submit only one entry.
- Size: A4 or A3 sheet (portrait/landscape).
- A clear photograph/scan of the artwork must be submitted.
5. How to Participate
- Step 1: Fill all required details in the registration form.
- Step 2: Create your original drawing on the given theme.
- Step 3: Upload a clear photo/scan during registration.
- Step 4: Selected drawings will be uploaded on the official Facebook page.
7. Facebook Public Engagement (30%)
- Reaction = 1 point
- Comment = 2 points
- Share = 3 points
Public score = (entry's engagement points ÷ highest engagement points) × 30. Highest engagement gets full 30 marks.
6. Judging Criteria (70%)

Judges' score (out of 100) is converted to 70% in the final result.
8. Final Score Calculation
Final Score = Judges Score (70%) + Public Score (30%)
Participant A: Judges 85/100 → 59.5, Public 24/30 → Final = 83.5
Participant B: Judges 90/100 → 63, Public 20/30 → Final = 83
Participant B: Judges 90/100 → 63, Public 20/30 → Final = 83
Winner is decided by the highest final score.
9. Prizes
- Each category (A, B, C, D) has a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.
- Special Award — People's Choice Award, one winner across all categories.
11. Transparency
- Engagement is counted only till the deadline.
- Reactions, comments and shares are recorded and securely stored after the deadline.
- Judges score, public score and final score will be published for winners.
- The organisation's decision will be final.
Fair Play Rules
- Paid or fake likes/engagement are strictly prohibited.
- Use of bots or artificial engagement leads to disqualification.
- Plagiarism, copyright infringement or copying others' work is not allowed.
- The drawing must be original and created by the participant.
- Multiple entries by the same participant may lead to disqualification.
- Violation of any rule may result in disqualification.

- The contest may be modified or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
